Google Business Profile / Google Places Data

We use Google's Business Profile API (and/or Places API) to retrieve publicly available customer review data associated with our business listing, including reviewer display name, profile photo, star rating, review text, and review date. This data originates from Google, not from you directly.

Information You Provide Directly

If you contact us through a form on the Site, we collect the information you submit, which may include your name, email address, and message content. This information is transmitted via our email service provider (Mailtrap) to deliver your message to us.

Automatically Collected Information

We may collect standard technical information when you visit the Site, such as IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited, via our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and any analytics tools in use.

Content Management

Site content is managed through Storyblok, a third-party content management system. Storyblok does not collect personal information about Site visitors on our behalf beyond standard technical/log data associated with content delivery.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

• Display customer reviews publicly on the Site to showcase customer feedback
• Respond to inquiries submitted through contact forms
• Operate, maintain, and improve the Site
• Monitor and ensure the security of the Site

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We do not use Google user data for advertising purposes.

3. Google API Services User Data Policy

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

• We only access Google Business Profile review data necessary to display reviews on the Site
• This data is not used for any purpose other than displaying reviews publicly
• We do not transfer this data to any third party except as necessary to provide the review-display feature (e.g., our hosting infrastructure)
• We do not use this data for serving advertisements

4. Data Storage and Retention

Review data retrieved from Google is cached on our servers to reduce API calls and improve Site performance. Cached review data is refreshed periodically and is retained only as long as needed to provide the review-display feature. Contact form submissions are retained only as long as necessary to respond to and resolve your inquiry.

5. Third-Party Services

We rely on the following third-party service providers, each of which has its own privacy policy governing the information they process:

• Google APIs (Business Profile / Places) — review data retrieval
• Cloudflare — website hosting and content delivery
• Storyblok — content management
• Mailtrap — transactional email delivery

6. Your Rights and Choices

You may request that we remove or correct information you have submitted to us by contacting us using the information below. If you have concerns about a review displayed on the Site that was originally posted by you on Google, you may also manage or remove it directly through your Google account.

Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable law (such as the GDPR or CCPA), including the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and the right to object to certain processing.

7. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
